For all you “do-it-your-self-ers” this Thanksgiving holiday

Our favorite Thanksgiving home improvement project!

There is still plenty of time to do a makeover on your ugly front stoop before Thanksgiving on Thursday.

Just think of the delight your children, spouse, aunts, uncles and mother will show you as they stomp up to your front porch with wet feet and arms loaded with pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce and if you are lucky some “Wild Turkey”.

This house got a huge upgrade in ‘classiness’ when we sledge hammered out an old aggregate landing.

Glen Gary DD modular brick pavers were laid on 3” of crusher run and then sand.

We bought a bucket of asphalt patch at the nearby hardware store. With this filled in an uneven spot left by an irregular edge from the rip out.

So come on…go for it! You only need a good 16-hour span of time between the house cleaning and turkey basting!
